We create beautifully curated pop-up wedding experiences at hand-picked local locations, combining stunning scenery with stress-free planning. Every package includes full planning coordination, professional photo & video coverage, and your choice of chairs and floral styling — so you can simply show up, celebrate, and enjoy your day!

We let you pick either one of our recommended locations, or, choose one of your own! All locations come with a limited capacity (20 People) as well as permits for up to 2 hours of use for that day.

Style is very important for your day but we want it to be simple and easy. We learn about you and create your perfect bouquet for your day! All weddings come with white padded chairs as well as a custom built arch.

Pricing is simple! It’s a one set price that includes everything. Venue permits, chairs, bouquet of flowers, photos & videos, as well as all the planning!

Planning is just as easy! We will hop on a video call to get to know one another and help build your perfect, intimate, pop up wedding. We will go over how everything unfolds for your day and what you can expect!

Currently we offer one style of chairs that are made for lawns. The white padded rosin chair from Victoria Party Rentals offers comfortability while also being very appealing for your wedding!

Kaira brings a warm, calming, and highly organized presence to every wedding experience she’s part of. With over 15 years in client-focused support, she specializes in helping people feel comfortable, cared for, and fully present during meaningful moments in their lives.

Known for her intuitive, solutions-oriented approach, Kaira naturally thrives behind the scenes, creating seamless events, anticipating needs, and helping each wedding day feel effortless and stress-free.

Hey, I’m Tanner — the owner of Tanner Biggan Productions and a Victoria, B.C. based photographer, videographer, and creative director with experience capturing weddings, concerts, and unforgettable moments through cinematic storytelling.

Over the years, I’ve worked with couples, artists, and brands to create visuals that feel authentic, emotional, and timeless. My goal is always to make people feel comfortable in front of the camera while delivering photos and films that genuinely reflect who they are. Whether it’s an intimate wedding or a large celebration, I’m passionate about creating experiences and memories people can relive for years to come!

FAQ.

How much notice is needed for booking?

We need at least 6 weeks of notice in order to file for the permit and get organized for your wedding day!

Are the prices adjustable depending on the amount of people, flowers, and chairs?

No. The price is one fixed price regardless of the amount of people attending or how many floral arrangements are needed.

Can we bring our own decor?

We kindly ask that you don’t bring any of your own decor as there are limitations on what we can have at the locations.

Is an officiant included?

Yes! We will find an available officiant that we feel would be a good fit for you special day!

How many hours do we get?

The permits allow for up to 4 hours at each location. However, we do need to allow an hour for setup and an hour for takedown. Each couple gets 2 hours for their ceremony and photos afterwards.

Can we bring food or drinks?

No. The permits do not allow you do bring food or any alcoholic beverages and glass to the ceremony site. Once the wedding is complete you are allowed to do as you please for food on the premises.
